Flex Fitness Stonefields

Flex Stonefields is a fantastic place to exercise. This gym has everything you need, with high quality equipment and machines that have been thoughtfully arranged to allow for spaciousness and work-out variety. The facilities are always clean, and each toilet has its own private shower. Gym, location, staff, management - 5 Stars all around. (Just don't challenge the owner to a squat-off, for you will likely lose that battle)

Great gym with modern equipment. Really nice free weights too with plenty of squat racks to use. Always clean and tidy, friendly staff.

Love the atmosphere at Lees gym; very clean, upmarket and nice vibe. I would encourage anyone who lives in the area to join! I'm a beginner at the gym, and had my first PT session today with Viren which I really enjoyed and learnt so much. Highly recommend!!

This gym sets the expectations of what a gym should be like. The vibe is chill and not intimidating and Lee is awesome and keeps you accountable of your training! Try the Saturday morning bootcamp class, its great - afterwards
