The receptionist is very rude and unhelpful. I need information for a strict deadline and not only will she not help, but she's unable to give me any information on when it may be done by. She used the classic "its out of my hands" when she could have easily found out from the person giving the information. Useless. Also when I was at the practice, one of the doctors gave me an expired PCR test. If they are doing this, I wonder what other corners they are cutting... Recommend to never use.

Terrible service here the lady at customer service does not even know you have an appointment repeat it 5 times my sons name luckily the other lady got off phone to confirm we have an appointment, we had an appointment at 11:30 am its now 1:07pm still waiting to be seen by doctor very unorganised

The receptionists are not well trained they talked very rude, transferred me to the nurse she worst does not know how to handle customer, not recommended

I have been having issue with the reception and bookings they always put me on HOLD for 5 to 10mins and hang up the phone. I really wanted to complaint ever since but nurses and doctor are nice and good. However The front desk doesn't care at all. They never understand how the patient felt and on the phone doesn't care at all. I have been patiently enough for how many years but now i coudnt take it anymore i have been hang up 3x and when i was angry the reception doesnt care how i felt and my sickness. I think its better for them to get a course a better customer service and how to treated customer well not being RUDE putting down the phone. They told me, its not their problem that I am sick and there are lots of ppl who are sick too and they are dealing with it everyday. This is really BAD. I coudnt take it and i need a better GPS clinic and good values and customer service. there are a lot of times i have a BAD experience of booking and front desk!!! really BAD
