The old lady at counter refused to let me pay with my Z share tank although I have 70L paid in my App. She said I had to pay the full price and told me I couldnt use my Z App???? Why is that????

I usually get great service at this petrol station until today. Used the car wash and part way through the cycle, the carwash stopped. I rang the lady inside who had served me earlier and her customer service was embarrassingly shocking. At first she told me to reverse slightly, which I did. Then she signalled me wildly to move further back. There was another customer waiting to use the car wash so I asked if I could let him use it and I could come back another day and her response was he can wait. She then asked me to move all the way to the start (quite impatiently). Not sure if I want to be a return customer.
