Andersaint

Although Marianne is competent at her job, she has a very abrasive personality and is not pleasant to deal with. Marianne will often publicly name and shame residents, and is not aware of the legalities of sharing private information such as sending around the personal details page of someone's lost passport. She has had multiple complaints laid against her over the last few years. As a direct result of Marianne's actions and behaviour, there is a high turnover of residents moving out and/or selling their apartment. Avoid utilising her service. Edit: I have seen the response. Andersaint are completely incorrect when they assume who I am. I moved out of the complex months ago as a result of Mariannes behaviour. Andersaint will try and gloss over larger issues such as bullying and intimidation and will not take responsibility for their actions. Unfortunately this is an unregulated profession and there is no higher body to make people like Marianne responsible and accountable for her actions.

I have been wanting to write a r/v for some time but afraid of retaliation - I don't blame Anna for using a fake name, I am also. Mariannes response is indicative of her manner . There is not 'just one' - there are many households within TP who do not like her style of management and feel she is unreasonable and has been bullying residents . Do not use her . I know of five households in nine months who have all moved bc of Marianne . Annas r/v is accurate . Mariannes response goes to show she does not learn from complaints , but instead retaliates with anger and more bullying . Please avoid using her .

As the owner of two apartments in Thompson Park, Mt Wellington, I find Marianne Inglis who looks after the complex an outstanding manager. I appreciate her dedication, keeping finger on the pulse of the comings and goings of whats happening and keeping me fully informed. I would be very happy for her and her company to manage any other apartments complexes that we were involved in

My wife and I were new to apartment ownership and living when we moved into Thompson Park Apartments. As an apartment owner, resident and committee member I soon realised how important to have a committed and experienced building management company. Andersaint property management have managed our complex in a most professional and responsible manner insuring the complex maintains its very high residential standard and investment security. We know many apartment buildings are not as fortunate as we in having Andersaint as their building mangers. I highly recommend Andersaint to any property developer or body corp if they wish to have a highly motivated and experienced property management team.
