        Receptionist and the person we had an appointment with were not wearing masks. The person we had an appointment with offered for us to remove our masks - in the middle of a global pandemic! We were then told that their counsellors are not taking on people with anxiety or depression because it is 'too hard', and offered reiki for this instead. This is really dangerous for vulnerable people. Covid has killed millions globally and left tens of thousands of New Zealanders with long-term disabilities. It's utterly irresponsible to ask vulnerable people to remove masks when covid is still spreading in our community. Avoid Antara like the plague.
