Review in 2020: I hired small trucks a couple of times recently. The vehicles were clean, well maintained and ideal for my purpose. Customer service staff at Penrose are courteous and efficient and the whole process was perfect. 2022 back at Hirepool Vehicle Rentals. The booking process was really easy and efficient. The staff on the day were just as helpful as my previous experiences. The vehicle was in excellent condition and great for the job. The whole experience was just as good as my previous dealings with this branch.

Really unhelpful booking process. The booking process tells you it will take 2 hours for the branch to get back to you to confirm your booking. After almost 2 days they finally called to say the vehicle wasnt available, so Im now having to book another vehicle with another company last minute. They also had no good response as to why it took so long for them to get back to me. Thanks for nothing.
