For all those who are complaining.. you are being too harsh. At least you have the bragging rights to knowing the worst couriers in NZ!/world? Cant even go into the lack of any point of this courier company. Even the security who gives out the packages in mt wellington after an hours wait ( yes, a contract security women hands over the packages and informed me that there is one person in the warehouse to search for the item, was told that I am rude when I asked if its going to take any longer after standing for about 40 minutes ) Was speaking to a tradie who was waiting before me and was told this is normal and that he has to usually wait for anything to be collected from pbt. He came before me and was still waiting when I left. And dont even bother about their website! Collection requests are ignored!

Zero stars can describe this terrible service better. Worst experience, I ever had with delivery companies. Avoid....

ordered a package a while ago, forgot about it for a while because i got busy but i started to wonder what was taking so long, so i checked tracking. was disappointed to see that pbt was handling it. i was gonna use the product this year, but i guess ill have to wait till next year

Disgusting attitude and service, still didnt receive my order from Tauranga and Christchurch (I live in Auckland Central) for over three weeks now. They wrote the wrong house number even it was confirmed over the phone and email multiple times. I received a call from their runner which this person hung up on me as soon as I picked up at 7AM, texting telling me delivery postponed to tomorrow due to wrong house number and that is not their fault, well I did not blame anyone! When I ring they also lied to me. The agent on the line named Lina said shed transfer my call to operations team but it actually went through to a line that doesnt exist? After all it is stressful just tracking my parcel and now I have requested for a refund from senders just get the goods back from PBT to their warehouse, I do not want to engage with this terrible courier company ever again. One very negative experience.
