Pass the Parcel

First time using this service. Home all day waiting for parcel to arrive. Only a card left in letterbox. No agent in our town to collect from- have to drive 45 minutes away. Called customer service to query why they didnt bring package in and they said its because we have a tall fence. Apparently they dont deliver to tall fence houses in case they have dogs??? Had to pay another $15 for them to deliver again. Would not recommend.

Pretty disappointed, had a parcel delivered in Wellington addressed for Dunedin. Called the day it was delivered and was told they'd retrieve the parcel and I'd hear from them within 24-48 hours, didn't hear anything for 4 days so called again, was told I'd hear by the end of the day.. still nothing. It has now been days and still have not been communicated with about the where abouts of my parcel or if I'll even be receiving it. Not impressed at all!

Don't recommend Pass the Parcel. Paid extra for signature and the package was left unsigned on my doorstep. Also 3 days later delivery than NZ post Whom I had a package posted on the same day as my pass the parcel package .

I've used this service a number of times and had no issue. But it only takes 1 bad experience to leave a lasting bad impression. 2 weeks after the courier was booked and it still hasn't been picked up. Despite daily calls with them and being told "they'll pick it up today". I left it outside every day from 7am till 7pm and every time I called they said the reason it hadn't been collected is because I wasn't there, but I was and so was the parcel. Given up now and taken it to their depot. But unlikely to use this service in the future after this. Just too much hassle and no accountability.
