        Well, awkward. Standing in front of their salon for my appointment, which they have confirmed, and they are closed. Will be fun getting the deposit back they require when booking.

        Firstly, all the good hairstylists have left due to poor management. Since Feb 2023 there's been nothing but power outages, phone outages (no one responds to voice-mails or even bothering to pick up the phone anymore) and now EFTPOS issues. Poor management of the salon & poor customer service for expensive prices I pay, doesn't quite stack up. Please do better! Services: Hairstyling, Keratin treatments

        Really horrible experience. Staff were rude and Manager was worse. Left and didn't end up getting my hair done there at all. Not friendly. Wouldn't recommend
