This was my 3rd or may be 4th time. I always book Lara for my hair treatment. Lara is very skilled and expert in what she does. She is brilliant and at the same time very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend her for the keratin treatment. What a wonderful lady !!! FMK is Awesome!!!

First time at FMK and couldn't recommend this salon enough. My wants for what I wanted my hair to look like (hair colour) was heard, and as a customer with little to no knowledge of how hair works, it was such a pleasure going through with the staff in detail regarding specific products and it's results from each use. OK now time for my hair... I loooove what the staff have done and am so greatful to have found you guys through Tiktok! Definitely a great reccomendation from many. Thanks again Pritika and Riiena

I had at least 2 keratin hair treatments at FMK the first one I was pleased with so on another occasion I purchased a $99 voucher on grab one to save money .The fine print said that a surcharge would be added for longer hair (at the time I had shoulder length hair that had been thinned) so thought it was a bit unreasonable when the surcharge was applied. However, I continued with the treatment because of the time and money I had already invested. At the start of the treatment I presented my voucher but being a long day and tired I paid for the bill (not realising my voucher hadnt been applied). When I called back to say what had happened I was rudely told by the stylist to sort it with grabone (not helpful but very grateful to grabone for rectifying the issue immediately). I havent been back to FMK for many years as the cheap deals on grabone are tempting but there are hidden costs ppl should be aware of. The owner has emailed me and asked me to remove my review. After refusing to do this it resulted in a string of messages trying to discredit my experience & alter my version of events which I eventually had to block. Response to reply: I did not forget to present my voucher and although I didnt double check that the voucher had been redeemed when I paid. Some responsibility must be accepted on your end. It disturbs me that 6 years later I am reading reviews from people with similar experiences. The language used to address the hair surcharge is misleading and should be reviewed so customers can make an informed decision. Correct me if Im wrong but since when has hair that is shoulder length been considered long? Throughout the entire ordeal I found grabone extremely easy to deal with, accountable for their own actions and very proactive in helping to resolve my problem. The same can not be said about FMK.
