        Receptionist needs to sort out their stuff, phoned in 4 times today been on hold for over 25mins and then phone just hung up. Very unprofessional and thinking of moving doctors. This is not the first time this has happened to me.

        Went for Covid Injection. Wonderful efficient caring people. These people better than DHB. Even wanted me to help my self to a cup of tea. DHB wanted to send me to East Tamaki..yeah nah.
