Corrina was recommended to me at a point where I needed professional help as I couldn't drop the weight despite going to gym regularly. At 50+ I didn't think it would work but with her no-nonsense routines, inspirational personality combined with effective nutritional support, I am seeing consistent results. My weight is finally dropping, my blood pressure's improving and I'm much fitter, stronger, in less pain. And I'm whipping the boys at KB swings.
