Maddie is one of the trainers at anytime fitness onehunga, iv seen her approach others help other and also seen her in action when working out at the gym which I know gives me and I'm sure many others to train harder and stronger.. I approached Maddie a few weeks ago to help me with nutrition for myself. She simply asked me to start a meal log of my own (a honest one) and man I tell you it helps it really helps. Writing down things that I have been eating on daily bases made me think . Its only been a few weeks and I have already made changes and hope it gets better from here. The best part is that Maddie keeps checking up on me to see how I am doing and its a absolute motivation .. Thanks Madz

Maddie is the best! She always cheers me on and is constantly motivating me. She's super friendly and professional. Our sessions are always a blast and I always look forward to seeing her. Even on the harder days, Maddie is always there with words of encouragement to help me push through the workout. I couldn't do it without her! Go see her - you won't regret it!
