Just the BEST! After a (long and stressful) weekend of DIY, our hot water cylinder began to leak rapidly into the floor with water also spurting from the pipes. Despite being a long weekend Sunday, our frantic call was answered in just a few rings and within the hour Jack had arrived at our house and immediately put us at ease. He fixed us up super quickly, explained what our next steps and options were and with great banter, was an absolute delight! We had water dripping through the kitchen lights. Upstairs the carpet was wet in a few places and we could hear water dripping in the ceiling. Called APG who sent out a lovely lady Hera who got into the ceiling, found and fixed the leak in a few minutes and checked other connections to make sure they were OK. She also helped us pull up our carpets to let everything dry out. Excellent service and well priced seeing that it was an after hours call out. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair

Auckland Plumbers Group were an absolute pleasure to work with! They responded very promptly to my query about replacing an old low pressure hot water cylinder in our house with a fancy new mains pressure one. I liaised with Michelle, who is a supervisor there, and she answered all my questions and got everything organised. When the day arrived, plumbers Johnny and Jack P were wonderful to deal with. They are both absolute professionals and very friendly and helpful, and they did an absolute top job dismantling some shelving to remove the old low pressure cylinder and installing the new mains pressure hot water cylinder in a tight space, and they left everything looking neat and tidy. I'm very happy with the results, and I'm also happy with the cost. Would very highly recommend Auckland Plumbers Group if you're looking to get a new hot water cylinder upgrade/replacement!
