Car broke within 3 months of purchase. Thankfully was repaired but has since gone again. Accessories included in purchase arrived after 4 months and didnt fit the car. General communication non existent and when given a courtesy car whilst car was fixed it had an ant infestation, ate fuel, air con didnt work (in middle of summer), among many other faults with the car.

Great service to take the cash. Delivery was great. Bought the car. Had it for 4 weeks. Spoke to the car yard about a few issues. They recommend I take it to a local euro garage to inspect, this was on the 19/01/23. This has not been paid at 10/03/23. Eurocars asked for the car back to remedy issues. Had to go to Auckland. It was away for 6 weeks and 1 day. This was absolutely insane, had to contact them for all updates. No offer of loan or Uber credit. Parts replaced. Got car back yesterday. Broken front grill when I received it back. Still battling to have this sorted. $155 to pay for inspection and $400 for new front grill. 0/10 do not recommend.

Very helpful until i got home and the top radiator hose blew off. Emailed but no reply. I know its not their fault but some sort of reply would of been nice.

My experience with Eurosport has been excellent. Id go back to them for another euro in the future.
