Very disappointing, wasted my time booking for an appraisal yesterday 12/03/2022 @10:30am only to be told by the worker and boss they do not buy my type of vehicle. Very misleading & deceptive behaviour - at the way they advertise We love Buying but not indicating what type of vehicle they are interested on buying. The online appraisal Ive filled in clearly asks for the license plate & shows what type of vehicle I have - that couldve saved me time while filling this form, by advising me they do not accept this type of vehicle. Because I wouldnt even bother and saved me hours of making the effort over there. It would be very nice that you advertise what type of vehicles you are after, because it would save people like myself so much time making the effort to come over - only to be told we dont buy your type of vehicle Ive wasted 2hrs of my time I cannot get back - preparing for my 2month old baby getting her ready, fed, and also preparing her nappy bag etc and loading her car seat etc & trying to get over to the appointment on time.

This place gave quotations of my vehicle with an incredible price drop within a month. Id never go back to buy or purchase from this place as I dont find the service and quote is reliable and trustworthy. I sold my car today with a much better price to another dealer.

Were recommended by the AA to go here due to our car being written off for water damage. Staff not so friendly, seemed disinterested when approached for help. Most of the staff were inside talking, people in the yard weren't being helped. Waste of time going. Write them off
