Completely frustrating experience, I was asked several times my name and email address so that I could apparently be given a receipt (or bombarded with emails I don't want more of!) Despite spelling my name and email address several times the customer service woman could not get a handle on either. I left without a receipt because it was too hard to get one, only to get home to find security tags still on the clothing. I called the store who said it was a new staff member, so wasn't her fault she forgot the tags (no sure whose fault it was). Was told to return with my receipt (yes, the one they couldn't give me) and they'd sort it out (I had already explained I didn't have a receipt because the customer service woman couldn't figure that out). Clothes are always fine, the service was beyond frustrating.
