After looking around Auckland dealers for past month, finally found what I was looking for at Nino motors Avondale. Tough negotiators, Very helpful, polite and excellent service with a smile. With my experience - I highly recommend them. Very happy with my new ride.

Recently bought a car from Nino Motors on the corner in Avondale, who uses Sam's Motors for their Warrants. YOU SHOULDN'T BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE GUYS. They SHOULD NOT HAVE A WOF LICENSE. I've just had someone else independently inspect the vehicle. Here's a list of stuff it should have failed on: Front & rear engine mounts completely worn. All Lower control arm bushes, completely worn. Front Balljoints, completely worn. Front sway bar link bushes, cracked. Front Sway bar D bushes, perished. Rear brake light faulty. Moisture in front headlights. If you value your life, and who ever else is on the road DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SAM'S MOTORS OR BUY ANYTHING FROM NINO MOTORS ON THE ROUNDABOUT IN AVONDALE. These guys are dodgy, and must do favours for one another. I'll be reporting to LTSA etc come Monday Morning. Absolutely pitiful and simply dangerous.

Awful company to deal with and poor business practice. My husband recently purchased a car from Nino Motors to own it less than two weeks and have it break down and the car could no longer be put into gear (its a manual). They then tell us we had to pay for towage ourselves to their Wiri branch for repair. After getting the car back, my husband hadn't even had the car a day and the same issue happens. We were told we had to pay for ANOTHER towage, but to Avondale this time. On top of all this, we had to pay for a second key to be cut for the vehicle (dealerships are obligated to supply two when purchasing through them, according to the locksmith who cut us a new one and MTA), Nino Motors wanted to charge us for them to give another one. Since the vehicle doesn't come with a spare tyre, you need a repair kit - the car didn't come with it. And upon having the car returned the second time, we got a courtesy car that had the engine light on...... but apparently it wasn't an important issue. We have contacted MTA about these issues, they have said that having the cost of the towage the buyers expense is illegal in their contract, they are obligated to provide two sets of keys and make sure the car is safe and fit for sale. So, they are in fact, breaking the MTA business practices/policies. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY SELL ON TRADEME TO.
