SHOJI INTERNATIONAL NZ

I bought a 2008 Volkswagen Beetle from Shoji June 2021. Before I bought the company paid to fix the interior which he did but failed to fix the door handle. I was not told that the door handle was loose from the drivers seat. 1 month since getting the car problems began with the temperature sensors as well. Its upsetting when you trust a company to give you quality. I would not recommend them based on my experience and the bunch of problems I have with this car to get fixed that have so far cost me at least $900 to fix.

Highly recommend this place, great people to deal with. Tomo went the extra mile to make sure everything was in good order, and that I was happy with the car.

Truly the most shocking customer service I have received whilst buying vehicles in NZ. Made an offer on a vehicle, was counter offered at 200 dollars more. Before waiting for my response the dealer actively phoned up another customer and asked them to purchase the vehicle. If you are going to purchase a car I can only recommend you take your full cash amount and be prepared to settle the deal there and then, if you leave it for another hour or two then you will find yourself being pitted against another buyer. Shocker of an experience.
