Be careful, they are liars. This is the biggest scam EVER.. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND YOU WILL NEVER GET WHAT YOU ORDERED ..........EVER. KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET. THEY WILL BE KEEP PROMISING REFUND AFTER YOU GET TIRED AND GIVE IT UP. THEY KEEP SENDING ME THE SAME EMAILS OVER AND OVER, THEY DO NOT EVEN PROVIDE TRACKING LINK BECAUSE IT IS SCAM, SIMPLE AS THAT

Needed new scrub pants for work, quality was great and product was exactly as expected. Staff couldnt have been more helpful assisting with my order which was put together and delivered in a very timely manner. Very pleased with my overall experience and I will definitely be shopping here again (in fact, I have already bought some more!).

I own a small commercial laundry. I had ordered $10k of linen two & a bit years ago and 200 hundred of the pillow slips were faulty, so the Sales Rep advised he could use one of his other clients pillow slips to complete the order however in the pillow slips his clients had their own company name on the tags. I asked for them to be removed he did about 50 then said to me it would cost me extra for the removal of the tags. I said to him I would not pay anymore money but leave pillow slips with me and I would do them and will not buy any linen off him any more. Now two and a bit years later one of my other clients needed 5 more drawsheets for her clinic and Simba was the supplier. Well I called into Simba on the 02/07/2021 in the afternoon the sales lady in the office said the last Sales Rep has moved on and she would get the new Sales Rep to drop off the drawsheets on Monday 5th of July. It is the 8th of July and I had to call her to find out why she had not delivered the drawsheets. If I did this to my clients they would find a new supplier for laundry services. That order was time sensitive but not to Simba.
