Always loved going back to Pascoes due to good consistent services provided to the customer. Quite disappointed with the female manager who had tones and assertiveness when I have not been rude or disrespectful at all. Three star rate because the other male manager I dealt with was real genuine and professional.

I had the most ultimate service from Daryl. After intially going in to browse watches, he gave a complete rundown on what I needed to match my needs without the sales fluff. I came back a week later to make my purchase on a Citizen watch. He not only remembered me also the watch as well. Daryl is class and service. Definitely be going back to him for new purchases. Disappointed.needed a watch strap for my wife's watch so they sent it to Australia (took over six weeks)and came back"they couldn't do it"and charged me thirty dollars for thier trouble and gave me the strapless watch back.(could have texted a photo to Aus I would have thought)anyway at the mall key kiosk the gentleman adapted a strap,it fitted perfectly and charged $37fitted.including his labour and get this.while we waited.20mins.
