        Absolutely gutted! Have always had a great experience in this store in the past however VERY disappointed to hear that they no longer help when it comes to getting one of their charms repaired. Apparently this is no longer a service offered, you get told you have to get it done elsewhere and they may reimburse you. I've had to make do with a temp fix for now that hopefully will last as I can't even replace the charm as they no longer have it.

        It was my first time purchasing at Pandora. I'd been eyeing a few items for some time and I finally decided on the bracelet and earrings I wanted. The store is small size-wise but the layout is nicely arranged. Shopping experience was pleasant. Adele provided excellent customer service. She was very helpful in answering my questions as well as helping find the best size bracelet for me. I'll continue shopping at this location for it's customer service and friendly environment.

        Absolutely amazing service from the ladies on a busy Saturday morning. I purchased my perfect charm.... And had all my current Pandora cleaned for free. Cannot fault this store at all will be revisiting 100% because of the service....
