Really friendly,warm and inviting teachers with loving attention to details while also caring for every child's needs and wants They also put parents minds at ease by answering any questions or queries they might have regarding the child/children's health and wellbeing plus they are quick acting if they feel that the child/children act or display behaviour that is not normal or any sickness they let the parents know straight away I also like how they write everything down in a personalized book,which is given to every child. So the parents know how much they have eaten or drank that day, plus how many diaper changes. Also appreciate the debrief at the end of the day when they let the parents know how there Childs day has gone whether it was a good day or not I would highly recommend this daycare for any one who has children or is a new mum just like me ,they will make you feel like you are part of there family so supported and loved

Lovely centre! Very happy at BestStart Karaka. Teachers and staff are 10/10, so kind and enthusiastic! The new manager Helen gets a big thumbs up from us!
