first thing of running a business is to know your product. these people don't. they are poorly trained. I wouldn't recommend using them

Never have to wait too long at the Post Shop side of things. Staff are always very helpful and friendly and nice to the children. They often come over and ask if I need any help when I am selecting the appropriate packaging and also helped one day by letting me know when I had left address info behind that I could log on to the available computer in the shop. That was very much appreciated and I didn't know that was there.

Excellent service apart from an Indian man who could be the supervisor who is very rude and does not appear to know what he is doing , is extremeley uncooperative and is obviously in a position of dealing with the public that he is finding it too difficult to handle , may I suggest a behind the scenes job .
