Was book for opening a business account at 1pm we are still sitting here waiting and the funny thing is there is another person waiting for the same named staff also for the same time Not a good start Westpac Manukau Can't be sitting waiting for an hour after booking an appointment

So disappointing to hear that a bank, where you trust your money, becomes cashless on the weekend! Its the main point of service you offer. Not upset at the customer service I received, just generally the absurdity of the concept.

This branch is absolutely hopeless its taken over two months for us to sort out a credit card application we have been passed on three times because the person dealing with us wasnt capable and throughout the entire process they would drip feed us things to do one week at a time whilst never following up on anything they said they would its been the most frustrating application ever and its still not done

Took 4 phone calls to get someone to ring me back - just to be able to set up an appointment to open another account (we already have 2 with Westpac) and change signatories. At least I found out there is a 2-3 week wait for an appointment. So if you are looking to make an appointment with the branch plan ahead
