        Went in to get my card back from the atm....in hunters corner Papatoetoe on Monday morning...had receipt, photo ID but was refuse because of their policy. Ask to see so called policy but was refuse again. Ask for a manager he was the manager...debated in the lobby area for all to hear was embarrassing enough...but was told that he could not help me like he give a dam...so to the manager Mr Jamie Sun thank you for being unprofessional,uncaring and showed what a bank manager should not do...just my policy

        I went to the branch this morning for a meeting with a banking consultant. He was quite pleasant and friendly. Customer service that is second to none, as well as sound advise.
