Purchased a car from Raj Motors recently. Pleasant people to deal with and the trade went smoothly. However, the whole experience was soured by small things. On collection of the car we noticed the car only had 1/4 tank of fuel. We thought of asking for it to be filled but then decided not to because it might get filled with 91 instead of the 98 it should have to cut cost. The music was blaring when first starting the car, The clock wasn't set to the right time (no it wasn't because of daylight savings, it was way out) there was a wobble through the car on the motorway which we found out was because the tyre pressures were at 24-25psi. Only small things but they DO matter. We haven't bothered to clear these things up with the dealer because they are already fixed now. If we are honest we are little bit concerned about what else hasn't been done properly with the car if they couldn't even get the basics right.
