Thought I'd try this place out. So I've been through this process before, there was a consultation.. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and immediately she said NO I can't do this, this lady in picture her hair is straight.. which is weird, because Vivo cut my hair near to what I wanted in the picture. This is MY money that I'm spending at the salon... I still proceeded...gave the benefit of the doubt. anyways she told me what the price was and I was like nah I'm not paying that much for just trimming my hair... be all good if you chucked a wash in there but nope... anyways.. end result was okay.. I felt the same just with a little trim. Like.. I don't know but you need to listen to your customers more. Engage with them a little more.. its an EXPERIENCE and people are meant to feel fabulous when they walk out of your salon! I was left feeling disheartened and so-so Sorry but I will never step foot in this salon again. Please do better. Services: Eyebrow threading, Hairstyling
