        The BEST! Since 2009, Ive suffered from severe headaches that can last days. Ive had many Gp visits & been given many different meds to try, physios, optometrist, chiropractors, an osteo but NOTHING seemed to work! Until I changed osteos (because Karl was much closer to home) and would you believe my luck! I started seeing him in 2019 I believe, and what do you know!!!! My migraines subsided tremedously in quantity from at least once a month to once every 6 months .... NOW? I dont get migraines at all because over the years, he has taught me to listen to my body & TRUST the things I already know to AVOID a migraine attack. Eg, my pillow positions change almost every 4-6 months. I can be okay with a soft pillow for a season and suddenly a pinch is enough to prompt me to try either no pillow or ADD pillows. Highly recommend him! I go once a year now if i feel i cant rid a stubborn tightness in my neck to reset my body for the next 12 months.
