Hunters Corner Medical Centre Pharmacy

My second time writing a review because I finally managed to book an appointment. Here's my experience with finally booking an appointment: 1/02/2022: I called a few times only for the line to completely cut off as if the phone wasn't on and I asked my sister who also comes to this medical centre to call and she had the same results. 15/02/2022: I finally decided to call back and it was the same results ONLY to have my call be picked up on the 6th call as if the phone was turned back on. I was advised about their covid procedure which is to remain in your vehicle and call in upon arrival. Which I definitely understand seeing that the covid case numbers have rapidly risen the last week. 22/02/2022: upon arrival I've called in to advise that I'm running late but to no avail as I'm calling but it'll continue ringing until it cuts off itself. I arrive and as per instruction of the receptionist, I call in to announce my arrival. Same thing, the ringing just continues until it cuts off. Frustrated enough, I leave without jumping out to cause a scene...because I'm not a Karen. I'll be leaving this doctors.

I phoned literally a few hours ago on the hunt for neurofen for children as we have covid. The lady I spoke to was so friendly and such a great help within a few hours they had it sent to us not just medication for my toddler but for all of us who have tested positive. I know some pharmacies do covid care packages but not alot go over and above like this place has done. I am extremely thankful knowing I can now give my lil one some pain relief. Thank you so much to your team in house and who delivered

Hilarious, Nancy Nasef is the Pharmacist there, a person held with high regard to the public, and yet her evil side comes out in a post she made when her car got impounded. I know this because that what the tow company does. A sign of a pitiful human. I have never in my life encountered a more child-like man. But after reading the reviews I realised I am not alone and its not me, it is him. He clearly has some issues. Maybe he has mental health issues or maybe his kids avoid him or maybe he has general jealousy and dislike for people. We tried to pay him to retrieve a vehicle but he would not take credit card so we offered to do a bank transfer and a screenshot of the transfer as we were out of town and someone had already walked for 45 minutes to pick it up but he would not accept that either then he made personal and completely unprofessional remarks about me and the essential work I do. He also called me "young lady". Very condescending. Perhaps he was attempting any excuse to keep the vehicle longer and make more money. He is already very dodgy from the other reviews on this page. He should be audited for tax fraud My mum will have to drive for an hour to sort this guy out. I will lay a complaint with Consumer NZ about these remarks. Not an ounce of decency in this human being. Saying I should have been more organised right in the middle of a pandemic. Luckily I read the reviews and I know not to take it personally. There will be a reason this man acts this way. Maybe he was abused as a child and has poor self esteem but I am certainly not the problem. I am not taking it personally and if God forbid and you have to use his service, do not take it personally either. He doesn't hate you, he hates everybody and most importantly he hates himself.
