Appalling service at this 2 degrees store. No sense of urgency or care for that matter. Was directed by call center to head down local store much to my disappointment. Customer service also requires common sense, the staff here seemed to want to avoid helping people. Get it together, many of us don't have time to be going back and forth just to sort a simcard issue.

Very disappointed at the customer service of 2degrees. The Indian employees there are very rude n unhelpful. My wife tried to get a replacement sim card but the indian woman employee just denied my wife's request n walked away. Making excuses to not do their job.. The shop was not busy that time. The company needs to up their standards n hire better people.

We had been there on 12 April around 12PM My wife and our one year baby girl was with me Kris served us and we both asked him to cancel our monthly plan and he said he has cancelled our plans and you will get from text from 2 degrees about this today Wasted our almost one hour and our problem didnt sort out The thing frustrates us more Kris lied to us about cancelling our plans and our plans still not cancelled yet Come on Kris you can do better Stop making your customers fool and work on your customer service I dont know how you guys are running your business But reviews already showed how good your service is

never had such useless staff members. i tried calling countless times and yet not once have they ever picked up so i went into the store myself. they couldnt even help me get a new phone and just seemed like they didnt even wanna help at all. pathetic excuse to call any of them workers there seriously.
