Pet Vets Papatoetoe

I found the staff and the vet were so good they were very helpful and helped me so much as I had to put my beautiful old cat that we took in when we moved into the place were we are I had to put her to sleep as she was so sick and the staff were so good I would recommend them to anyone that has a pet to go to this vet thank you all so much for helping me get through this

We've been with the friendly and kind Pet Vets Team for about 4 years now and I highly recommend them. They genuinely care! My elderly feline companion has had quite a few health problems in the last couple of years, and 'Aunty' Amy (vet), Tayla (nurse), Gaylene (practice manager) and the rest of the team have taken excellent care of her and have been very patient and understanding with me (helicopter parent!). They are very flexible and happy to adapt to our feline's particular 'ways'...for example, allowing her to wait in the car if there are dogs in the practice. However, they also have a separate waiting area and consulting room for cats, which makes a big difference. Amy handles our feline gently and takes time with her. She is always amenable to answering any queries I may have about our feline's health issues via email or phone, as well as in person, of course. We find that very reassuring. Bottom line - I trust the Pet Vets Team to do their very best by our precious feline. Wouldn't go to any other practice in South Auckland.

Gaylene and the team are very welcoming and gentle on my dog. Dr Harmeet does a thorough check and very pleased with his expertise. I would recommend anyone considering a Vet for their pets.

Pet Vets Pap has amazing care and service everytime I've been. Both my dog and Parakeet go there. Gaylene at reception is so nice, caring and generous with her time on the phone. Dr Amy is just the best vet ever. She's caring, thorough and just knows what she's doing everytime. Thank you a ton Pet Vets Pap. I defs recommend this place.
