Manukau After Hours Veterinary Clinic

We came in for a foster kitten who unfortunately had been overdosed. All staff we encountered were compassionate and understanding. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our kitten was well looked after and recieved the best and most gentle care. If we ever need an after hours vet again we would absolutely come here. Thankyou for everything you do!

Not a place you want to go, but if you have too, they are amazing. They deal with you, and the animal, and are always friendly and caring.

Its taken me a while to write this review just because I have been overwhelmed and seriously upset since my visit to this clinic. Who ever was managing the front desk on the 16/04/22 please have them somewhere in the back of house or no where near the clinic. Not cut up for the job at all. Worst customer service and support I have ever received by far. This is a clinic not your court room also whats with the attitude?. Yelling to the point where conversations were made too obvious, where another person sitting next to me was amazed by how she compromised on someones elses bill because he could afford to pay and It had nothing to do with after pay or anything! Almost like shes announcing whos her favourites Wow! Talk about being fair!. And also the doctor that helped me on that day wasnt very nice either. I literally left the place in tears!. But hey! Thank you for the so called support but really no thank you! I wouldnt recommend coming there unless its like a serious emergency but other than that Im not setting a foot there ever again!
