Good for exercising but not worth doing if you're visiting. There are much better walks around

Easy access/egress close to Spark arena and easy to get onto the motorway.

1.5hr if you walk fast, took us 2 hours with the kids and some parts were pretty tricky for them but doable. Make sure you come prepared its a decent uphill hike
