        It's NZ owned and has amazing staff in bank, online as well as telephonic. Not likely to switch to another service.

        Went in and applied for a mortgage, the lady we dealt with was nice enough. I find it really rude we never heard back from them, would have been nice to know if it was regected why. When i emailed to ask what was happening, i was fobbed off, was not given a date to follow up or anyone i could follow up with.

        The friendliest bank in Rotorua. Went in to talk about mortgage options, had a meeting with bank manager and immediately switched banks from ANZ who now seems outsorced to India.
