        Went in with my younger brother to help him set up an account for uni and received awesome customer service from Ian who was super friendly and helped us with setting up the right account. Thanks heaps Ian :)

        Staff are very helpful and friendly. Problem is, no one answers their phone, when I go to the branch they say there to busy to answer the phone. Plainly not enough staff,as managment cut down on staffing levels, expecting there customers to do more in this technical age. Ask a question on line. same thing they never get back to you.

        Leaving 3 stars because the staff inside the bank are great but they never ever answer the phone (suggesting not enough of them) and don't open Saturdays, also don't get me started with their telephone banking operatives. Never come away from the 0800 with a happy experience. Looks like I will have to go in person again.
