        Hobbled into Rotorua Amohia office and made way to front girl (Chloe) standing at 'podium'. Told her I would like to open an account and was asked "why, I wanted to join"... gave her my answer an as she made NO attempt to move to a seated area I hobbled over to a seat and dragged it to where she was still looking at her laptop. Getting sorer by the minute and annoyed at her complete lack of 'service' told her " it was obviously too complicated for her" and walked out. Considering I had gone in previously and was immediately seen by a lady who ushered me into a seated office but was un-able to sign-up due to not having relevant info I was reminded that I had been a previous customer and it was the 'lack of good customer service' that I left in the first place...
