SERVICE: Excellent! Friendly and helpful. Location: GREAT. The place itself, DISGUSTING! Would not recommend to ANYONE! DO NOT BOOK HERE! Only place on Fenton that had availability! Now I know why. Bathroom REEKED of strong urine OVER the smell of Rotorua. The whole place is very run down, grimy, dusty, dirty, filthy!! I felt like I was in an American horror movie and we stopped at a dingy motel along a desert road. The service is great but they ask for feed back for what? They havent improved anything even though the reviews are consistently negative. I left my partner to book the motel as I was sorting other things for our trip. As soon as we arrived I noticed it was run down. We were told to come back as the room wasnt ready at check in time. $200 per night!! Worth more like $80/90 per night. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, we booked and paid. I moaned the whole night our first night, I felt disgusted after using the toilet, the seat was sticky, I showered and felt more dirty as the shower was DISGUSTING!!! At around 9pm I asked to cancel the second night and get a refund, Im super grateful for the service and the chance to receive a refund (as I see some people were not successful). In all honesty, this place should be shut down. Or used for emergency housing only!!

Rooms: Not really setup for more than 2 people. Noteworthy details: Parking is a bit tight
