Cleveland Thermal Motel

Our room was very old. I tried to turn off the hot water radiator but couldnt get the valve to work. We had to sleep with both the air conditioning and heating running all night. The TV didnt work. To be fair, I didnt complain because it was late and I didnt want the hassle. The pool is nice. The staff were very friendly and the wifi worked well.

Lovely family place to stay Staff are warm and welcoming and with the pool and trampolines plenty to occupy the kids. Beds are really comfortable , Accommodation is clean and has everything you require for holiday. Close to tourist attractions so positioned nicely.

We booked to stay with Cleveland motel for the night. 24-26th feb. The very thing we were staying there for , the thermsl pool, was being emptied. We talked to the receptionist and she said it was not going to be operational for our stay and would refund our money. We stayed in another motel with a thermal pool. There was no communication from the motel that the advertised vacilities were not running and on top of that, we ran into some friends there, totally random, and they also were staying there for the pool. I want my full refund
