Nice thermal area walk in Rotorua.

This is probably a good place to visit to force a conscious thought about how we have used and abused the land in times gone by. While it has been repurposed as a bike and walking trail, the area used to be a landfill and still shows signs of that old function. Of course there is much new life being born here and small signs of geothermal activity (beyond the smell). Some of the information signs have deteriorated beyond use, which is a shame.
