Worst customer service ever. You are closing all the branches and expecting customers to do everything over the phone and online but provide no service or help whatsoever Called 3 times in the space of 15 minutes only to be hung up on, denied service over the phone and extremely untrained and unhelpful staff. Not much spirit of a Kiwi own bank.

The best customer service here. I came 10:00 am and they opened door they started work. They are amazing cheerful and friendly. I wanted to create new account. They helped and they answered my all questions. They created for me new account max 15 minute and i take my kiwibank card. I created app also. They showed everything. They are amazing kind and helpful. Thank u so much them especially this woman. She is really understanding and helpful
