Great service needed some rear pads for my sons bike Ben took the wheel off to make sure he had the right pads as we did not know the age of the bike cleaned up front pads and installed the rear pads really went above and beyond , he over heard us talking about drink holder issues for my other sons bike and mentioned they had a holder that would work so we bought it, friendly knowledgeable and super helpful highly recommend

Have bought several bikes & pre-sales support is good, depending on who you get, however post-sales & service has been abysmal. Walked in with my daughters bike and they mentioned they were too busy to book it in (which is completely fair). They booked me in 2 weeks out, but I then spent an additional 4-5 weeks trying to get it booked in as they lost my booking in their system. I called multiple times and nobody picked up the office or service phone number or returned my voicemail. They finally acknowledged they missed the service schedule/appointment when I did reach somebody (and after they had somebody else called me back) but no offer to make it right or to fit me in and was told it was over 2+ weeks at the earliest before they could get me an appointment after a fair bit of him waffling on the phone with excuses and no outcome. Took the business to another bike shop, was scheduled in within a couple of days - no fuss, no dramas. Wont be coming back again
