        John and his team are amazing! They have so much knowledge, even for my bike that I brought from overseas. Many others have struggled with it, but they were able to fix it quickly. On top of that great service, quick communication and super friendly. They also give a lot to our Papamoa community, which is awesome. Highly recommend them!

        John was so helpful with resolving the issues with my older E-bike. He did loads to try and assertion what the problem was then lent me a battery to help sort out the problem. Great service and a friendly team.

        Very friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to assist us after having 2 cycles stolen. In the end I will continue with my ebike and my wife was offered another bike by a friend, so mo sale for John. But we realy recommend this company. For us they went way beyond our expectations, simply to help and actually restored our level of faith in people. Thank you John.
