The General

Drove here from Hamilton for the day to celebrate my birthday with my kids. When we sat down we waited a considerable amount of time. I tried making eye contact with the waiting staff but she was too busy clearing dishes from tables. Shed clear things away then come back again to clear more. Never looking up. Finally, when she was walking past our table with dishes in hand I asked if we could please order. She threw a glance my way, muttered something and returned asking are you ready to order. Other than this the food was delicious.

just stopped at this cafe and it was absolutely beautiful. Best breakfast weve had in a long time! Staff were very friendly and the food was amazingggg would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spot to eat

I've been to this place more than 4 times and I keep coming back just because the food is truly delicious! I don't know what happens, but service is always bad. The first time I thought it was just a busy/stressed day but it's always like that. Busy or quiet. I felt like I was bothering the waiter, last time I had to get up from my table 4 times to get what I wanted. And it wasn't busy whatsoever! The baristas are friendly and kind, but the waiters are definitely not good! No attention to detail, grumpy and unfriendly. Always.
