        Had a really great experience in both stores in Tauranga. Neither salespersons were pushy and were both helpful and friendly. Way better experience than the other stores nearby. Our couch is made to order, so now waiting on delivery.

        It was the case of the Queen bed that never existed with place. I expected far better service from a place like Big Save. I paid for a bed at the end of August, with an expected delivery time of 2-4 weeks...cut to October and still no bed. I never received any updates from the team, and anytime I called asking where it's at, each different staff member I got, didn't seem to have a clue where it was! I decided I had enough of being stuffed around waiting for a bed that got lost in translation and asked for a refund. This in itself took 7 days just to get my money back! Shocking customer service!
