Been going to doctors phoenix for over 34 years. Had a phone consult during covid, didnt receive a bill or have any contact from them until last Thursday when the bill came in the mail. I payed it that morning. Two days later I received a letter from a debt collector informing me I now owe twice as much. Ill be looking for a new doctors

Saw an old man being charged $70+ dollars for an appointment, being denied his discount from his work & income gold card. My mother has one & I know for a fact he will be eligible for health benefits. Was extremely sad to see this ginger female receptionist argue the fact until he was so stressed out he left. Will definitely be reconsidering changing my GP.-

I have been having trouble breathing, tight chest and a cough for 2 weeks. I was unable to see a doctor even though ive tested NEGATIVE for covid i had to either do a phone consult or see a nurse which is extremely unhelpful. We booked in to see a nurse but I had to stay in my car. I have been waiting 30 minutes and have STILL not seen a nurse. It is quite scary and sad how hard it is to see a doctor. It put me off even booking in and the price itself is also expensive. I may end up having to go hospital to even get seen. extremely terrible

Went to doctor today. I know she was a stand in for my normal doctor who was on leave. Howevever she was very unhelpful, abrupt and dissmissive. Was with her less than five mins. Didnt get to sit down. $33 what a rip off. If I can leave Ill be leaving.
