        Bad customer service experience, purchased a womens nike top online but needed to change the size, older- middle aged blonde lady at the counter told me to go and look and see if they had the size i wanted, Very uninterested, after an unsuccessful attempt to even find the product i went to ask her again if she can check her computer to see if the store had stock, she informed me it was a waste of time as that wouldnt tell me where it was in the shop. I left the store, very disappointed with the service from this store.

        I can only assume that the customer service is shocking, we were ignored. I wanted to try on an All Black jersey, standing around waiting and waiting..and waiting, beside the counter in plain sight. Not too worry its NZ, Im sure I can find an All Blacks jersey somewhere else.
