The Tyre Rack

Used to go here all the time. Have done for 6 years. Made a time to take my car in for 2 tyres and an alignment. The guy prioritized other cars that came in. After an hour and a half he hadn't even looked at my car so I took my car elsewhere and got seen immediately and all done within 25 mins.

Don't know what is going on here. Have used them for 5 years. Went in for a puncture, unfixable so we agreed to a new tyre. He took the tyre off then discovered that they didn't have one that would fit. Was going to order one and get back to us, never did. We went in 2 days later, the guy there knew nothing about it and advised us to return in a couple of hours. We did 4 hours later, not a soul around, workshop totally deserted, office locked. Gone elsewhere.

Had my Tesla model 3 tyre punctured, extremely fast turnaround, excellent communication, flexible and very skilled people. Thank you for the help.

I used around 3-4 times and everytime they provided good service and tyre and service.
