        This boutique hotel is right in the heart of Tauranga. Walking distance to the water front, city centre and main shopping areas, restaurants etc, great location with multi levels car parks at rear. Clean, cosy and spacious room. Friendly service. We arrived late in the morning prior to check in time. The front desk lady kindly checked us in.

        I thoroughly enjoyed the stay...even seeing trains passing nearby. I'd thoroughly recommend the hotel for somewhere central, and relaxing to stay. The only slight downside is that TV sounds from adjacent rooms can come through the wall. Walkability: Very central. One can walk to anything in the CBD
