        I absolutely love coming to bodysense pilates Gen and the ladies are so welcoming and helpful I come away after each class feeling like I have really had a workout I have been coming here for years and I recommend this studio to anyone who wants to do pilates

        In my job I sit all day and the lower back starts to feel it. Since I joined Gens reformer pilates sessions my core strength has improved and all the lower back ache disappeared. Life is so much better with a strong core and no back ache
